“I was here early on a Monday evening in mid November. According to a taxi driver, Sokcho is busy Fri, Sat, Sun only with 40,000 people com8ng for the weekend. the place was very very quiet. It’s an interesting place a bit out of the city. The bar is over the brewery which is cool. there is a roof bar with a view of mountains (apparently - it was too dark and cold when I was there to explore). Staff pleasant and had enough English that I did not need to try my Korean. Nine of their own beers - all ok, but seem a bit restrained in flavor (or have I been eating too much spicy food?). Sampler of 4 (decent sized) beers for 16,000 won“
