70 /100 941 PALE SAN VITORES We stopped in on its second night in business as the only current taphouse on island. The space is open and sizable with nice simple decor. A large patio out front will be a great addition when the get furniture for it. The service was friendly if a bit confused at times but like it said, they’d been open for two days so that’s expected. The burger and app we got were delicious, actually. The beer? Well, they have plenty of room for improvement. They definitely tasted like a new brewery that’s still looking to hone it all in. I’ll give them some time to work on their brews and come back again. Overall a very enjoyable place that thankfully isn’t a crappy club in Tumon. |
58 /100 Grab and Go (Grocery Store) 910 S MARINE CORPS DRIVE This is purely a convenience store that has a better than average beer selection. A handful of Rogue (cause this is Guam and that’s what you get), Goose Island, SNPA, Widmer Bros. In suckers and singles. A plethora of pale lagers from Asia, America, and Europe. Better than most markets here. |
66 /100 Abandon Ship (Bar) 1275 PALE SAN VITORES RD Nette Sailor Absturz kneipe. Ca. 12 Biere aus der Flasche. Dazu nettes Personal und ne gute Liveband. Kann man hingehen. |
84 /100 458 SOUTH MARINE CORPS DRIVE #102 NW PLAZA Schöne mini Brauerei auf Guam, Führung und Verkostung mit dem Brauer Toshi, 5 Biere vom fass alle sehr ordentlich, nice day with Toshi, thanks for that!
Go there! |
Thank you verry much Toshi! |
74 /100 868 MARINE CORPS DRIVE One of the best selections in Guam. Loads of micros among the standard BMC. If you like Rogue, this is your place. They had 8-10 Rogue taps when I was there. Standard pub and grill faire on the menu. Decor is Navy and Submariners, specifically. Very spacious dining room and a long bar. A patio outside for smoking. I wanted to give this place a higher score, but the service left a fair amount to the imagination. It started well enough, but when I waited 45 minutes for a burger with no one coming by to speak to me I got a bitter taste in my mouth. I’ll give it a second chance next time I get to Guam. The food and the beers make it worth a stop. |
66 /100 458 SOUTH MARINE CORPS DRIVE #102 NW PLAZA This location is not anything to write home about. Mr and Mrs Ishii were extremely nice and very interested in helping you find a beer you like. They had 5 beers when I visited. Growlers available to take away, which is what I would suggest you do here. No seating or anything like that. They also have glasses and shirts for sale. |
76 /100 458 SOUTH MARINE CORPS DRIVE #102 NW PLAZA Be unique microbrewery in Guam. Mr. Ishii brewed 4-5 kinds of beer. Beer is good and you can buy own beer in swingtop bottle. but hard to find and there is no space to staying. |
