“Was there a couple of days ago and a little off the beaten path. It is located in an industrial area down by the river. Outside seating and that is where most everyone was sitting. Designed to look like a lodge on the inside. Limited menu, but during Happy Hour a beer & burger was $12, not too bad. Most of the beers were just OK, though the Oktoberfest and Porter were really good.“

“Small place with a patio, about 12 taps, few ciders, and cocktails. Good pizza, few sandwiches. Flights available. Good Internet. Good beer.“

“Largish place, about 10 own beers on tap, a cider or two. Pizza, appetizers. Flights available. Good Wifi. Board games. Worth visiting.“

“Medium size place with a large patio, industrial / lodge decor; decent and not overpriced food but the selection is not huge; 10 beers on tap; plus a token wine and cider: some cans to take home“

“A large wherehouse clad in Mercian trappings. Comfortable while being a tad oppressive. Great service. Flights and samples are cheap and flow freely. Great German styles, but everything else is just mediocre. A surprisingly nice stop if you want something light and crisp.“

“A nice bright trendy spot in the small town. Service is a bit slow but OK. Not really beer focused service. Flights available and beer is just ok. If you are passing through a decent lunch spot.“

“Visited here with John on August 28th. It is waaaay out there in an industrial sector, and as we drove in, we got a little concerned. We needn’t have been; this is a really well done brewery with a beautiful lodge type taproom. The service was good - though the place was surprisingly dead. (They’ve been doing good business but not that day. Which is OK, because it gave us plenty of time to relax. There wasn’t any food at the time we were there, but the price for tasters was very good, and this is a place I will try to make it out to again when I’m ready for the drive.“

“It was odd that I was the first rating for this place, the beers are pretty well reviewed and a few regulars have obviously been here, but what the hell. Kind of a small place with easy street parking on a Sunday. A couple of tables and a largish modern bar. 10 taps running including six regulars and 4 special taps. Flights of four - you pick - available for $6. Staff was helpful and friendly, and understood beer at least somewhat. Food available, but I did not try it. Beers ranged from so so to decent from what I tried.“
