38 /100 Thomas Moore Tavern (Bar) CORNMARKET No craft beer. Closest thing is Fran well rebel red (Molson Coors). Lovely food (though a little pricey) and nice venue though |
70 /100 Thomas Moore Tavern (Bar) CORNMARKET Pleasant pub in the middle of Wexford, kind of split in two with a restaurant area and a more traditional pub area. Food is tasty and good value. Beer selection ok, won’t be the best craft beer stop in town but the pints I had were in good nick. |
68 /100 Carry Out Wexford (Beer Store) 81 S MAIN STREET Pleasant little off license on Main Street in Wexford - probably rather like Oddbins at home it’s more of a wine shop but has quite a decent selection of beer with a few crafty Irish breweries (including the local Yellow Belly in cans) plus some good if not rare global beer. Not world class but visitors especially are likely to find something to drink here. |

Stylish and lively Irish pub, seems quite full all the time. About fourteen taps, mostly Irish craft beers. Fine service.
Very pleasant place. |
80 /100 37 SOUTH MAIN STREET Busy brewery restaurant in heart of Wexford. One large room and small covered garden. 4 taps with own Yellowbelly beers, another 8 with Irish craft beers and few more with commercial like Guinness – very nice selection! Beers were in great condition for good prices for Ireland. Friendly staff, wifi, clean toilets above restaurant and good burgers – everything OK, only very busy, it´s hard to find free table. Great start point to recognize Irish craft scene, if you go to Ireland through Rosslare. |
84 /100 37 SOUTH MAIN STREET Clever mix of cool and traditional. Dark corner bar on the main drag and the taphouse for Yellowbelly brewery, but fronting a number of leading Irish craft brewers too. Dimly lit with maroon walls. garden at the back. A good place in an underrated town. |
80 /100 The Sky & the Ground (Bar) 112 SOUTH MAIN STREET Beautifully atmospheric, longstanding beer bar with a smaller selection Mon-Thu than at weekends because the upstairs bar, which has 70 more bottles, is not open. Frequent live music. Choc-a-bloc with bric-a-brac. Here and Simon Lambert’s are essential stops if visiting - or simply using the Rosslare ferry. |
22 /100 Ferrycarrig Hotel (Bar) FERRYCARRIG I have no idea how this got onto Ratebeer. It is a perfectly serviceable business hotel on the outskirts of town with a lovely quiet position, right by the sea and convenient for Rosslare port but it has no beers to speak of whatever. The most interesting thing in its corporate bar is Erdinger’s so-so Weißbier. |
18 /100 Ferrycarrig Hotel (Bar) FERRYCARRIG this not a plane of craft beer

there guinness was appalling

76 /100 The Sky & the Ground (Bar) 112 SOUTH MAIN STREET a great bar in my local town. a good size with a nice bar garden that often plays host to bands. it has a good selection of draught beers the usually and some international beers. it also has a good selection of bottles. popular with most people in town. the bar stocks oktoberfest beers during the festival. the is a restaurant above the main bar |
