“Part of the Mitchell and Butler group. More of a gastro pub, food was reasonably priced. They have 3 pumps but beers were only available on 2, however one pump was down for cleaning. The 2 beers available was Doom Bar and Hog's Back Tea.“

“Very modern building. Was surprised that they had a good range of Surrey beers, and Belgium beers. But the best part was to see 4 Canadian beers. “

“What was a ramshackle garden centre and other businesses on what was presumably a former farm has been redeveloped. The buildings are now a combination of wood clad new builds and the old farm buildings which are probably classed a shabby if not that chic. As well as Seasons Kitchen & Farm Shop there is a Lakeland, a pet shop, a kitchen shop and a couple of other businesses. I added the Farm Shop separately to Seasons Kitchen because they are in separate buildings. The shop is not massive but is split into a few different areas, i.e. bakery (not a particularly impressive selection), veg, etc. All rather compact. The booze section is in the left hand corner and is surprisingly good, including the usual local breweries (Hogs Back, Crafty, Dorking) but also expanding to include craft (Phantom, Electric Bear, Collective Arts), a few German beers and a few more Belgian beers. Their website mentions an in house sommelier who at one point owned Cotsleigh brewery. A couple of own branded cans from Two Tribes. One was presumably a rebadged Metrolands. Due to the lack of choice in Surrey this place has got to be in the top 5 of beer shops. Staff were personable. But it did seem cramped and whatever social distancing measures were in place were not obvious.“
