46 /100 Bierhalle Wrocław (Restaurant) RYNEK-RATUSZ 24-27 Restaurant with a German name. No special Polish beers and nothing special. But ok to have a drink and some food on the terrace. |
88 /100 4Hops (Bar) UL. OFIAR OŚWIĘCIMSKICH 46 My only gripe with this bar is that it doesn't open early enough. A great choice of beers. Nice friendly staff. Tuesday is quiz night. Preferred it when there was more cycling stuff on the walls. |
84 /100 Kontynuacja (Bar) UL. OFIAR OŚWIĘCIMSKICH 17 Great little bar just off the main drag. Well worth visiting. Service at the bar. |
80 /100 Targowa - Craft Beer and Food (Restaurant) UL. PIASKOWA 17 Located next to the market. This is a cellar bar with a large awning at the front with plenty of seating to use in warmer weather. 16 taps, of which 6 were sour on our visit. Service was reasonable. Food was good. |
84 /100 FAM. (Restaurant) KOLEJOWA 14 A bar occupying three of the arches under the railway. Lots of outside seating including deck chairs. Good choice of beers. Friendly staff. Food was good too. |
66 /100 Lamus (Bar) BOGUSŁAWSKIEGO 97 Located under a railway arch in a row of bars. The whole place shakes when a train going over. 6 taps of micro brews. The staff and clientele were very friendly. |
84 /100 4Hops (Bar) UL. OFIAR OŚWIĘCIMSKICH 46 First item I saw was a metal keg on pavement. Yes, it was 4Hops! Minimalistic interior. Sixteen taps, stuffed with craft. But after 11 hours pubwalking, I threw in the towel and had a tiny coca cola. This is a good beerspot. |
80 /100 WITA STWOSZA 1-2 Located on Rynek. Indoor seating upstairs, but I found a chair outdoors. I was welcomed by a cute princess like waitress. Tasting board of 6 available. This is a classic brewpub. |
50 /100 Bierhalle Wrocław (Restaurant) RYNEK-RATUSZ 24-27 "Restauracja Browar Bierhalle" the sign tells. Patio, upper floor, cocktail bar. Not a craft beer place. But surely good for the hungry ones. |
50 /100 Česká Wrocław (Restaurant) ŚWIDNICKA 8A Foremostly Restauracja Česká is a restauracja. Czech inpired dishes and Czechias best pilsner from Plzen. Kofola is also available. |
26 /100 Nietota (Bar) KAZIMIERZA WIELKIEGO 50 Cocktail bar. Opens too late. Not a beerspot. But cocktails are probably well mixed, and the one who put this place on RateBeer mixed up. |
58 /100 Graciarnia (Bar) KAZIMIERZA WIELKIEGO 39 Neighbour with Maryanka, same entrance but first choice to the right after street door. Flee market like interior. Any serious electrician has not been here, loose el-wires and loose sockets... I ordered and paid a Camilla Pizza, as this had meat. Many other pizzas were meatless. Heavymetal or hardrock played from loudspeakers. Okay place for a quick pizza. Especially if you are vegetarian. And now there is enough salt. |
82 /100 Marynka Piwo i Aperitivo (Bar) KAZIMIERZA WIELKIEGO 39 On pavement ad for bingo and balkan burger. Then in two doors. Backyard has potential of becoming a french medieval street, if neighbours restored their buildings. Inside the actual pub are ten taps, of which eight were craft. Lindemans Kriek were also on tap. Bar counter decorated with bottles. Rustiq interior. Modest music from the 80s. Quite good beerspot, with three different degustacja doska. |
72 /100 FAM. (Restaurant) KOLEJOWA 14 Located in some kind of industrial brick complex under three railway tracks. Neighbours are other restaurants. FAM is a great pizzeria with 14 taps of craft beers. That is much better than just someting. |
88 /100 Kontynuacja (Bar) UL. OFIAR OŚWIĘCIMSKICH 17 This is indeed a beerspot. On ground floor 16 taps, probably the other 8 are down in the cellar bar. I had a brand new anglieszky portar. Deer inspired decorations on the walls. Cardpay okay. |
90 /100 Szynkarnia - local food and multitap (Restaurant) ŚWIĘTEGO ANTONIEGO 15 On the street the most shabby effort of home made patio. Inside a hybrid of vintage and modern. Very good beerspot. Beerfridgerators are stuffed with top notch micro. And tap row consists of no less than 17 - seventeen- craft beers. Here most ratebeerians can find new ticks. Here are dishes too. At the punky waitresses were delicious, looking at. Recommendable beerspot. |
80 /100 AleBrowar Wrocław (Bar) PAWŁA WŁODKOWICA 27 At the western end of Antoniego. Tall tables and barstools in the bar room. Thirteen taps working. AleBrowar and HopHeads are together here. This is a place where many of their beers are available. Cardpay okay. |
74 /100 Restauracja Konspira (Restaurant) PLAC SOLNY 11 Located behind the corner of the square. Chaotic, conspiric and very caféish. With the patios is also an Uaz Jeep with table inside. Interesting bottled beers and traditional polish dishes. Very original place. |
70 /100 Miodosytnia (Bar) KIEŁBAŚNICZA 6 Deep down there is a cellar with several bottles of mead miod. Cool. |
82 /100 UL. RYNEK 9 Huge place very centrally located. All is classic 1800-style in details of interior and decor. Big bar and big restaurant downstairs. No music. Ten taps, all with Spiz craft beers. Many many many many dishes on meny in beautiful folder. Cardpay okay. English is okay. Good service. Good beerspot. Also for wives. |
70 /100 Doctor's Bar (Bar) ŚWIĘTEGO MIKOŁAJA 8 Somewhat to the west in Old Wrocław, but only two hundred metres from the squares.

76 /100 Pod Latarniami (Bar) RUSKA 3 On Ruska nearby Plac Solny. Opens early with breakfast menu. Eight taps. Not really multitap, but relatively macro free zone. Almost hundred bottles. Stylish interior in vanilla, green and dark brown. Some bar stools, but more normal chairs. Jazzpop played at my visit. Summertime patio outside for about thirty persons. It is stylish enough for bringing a wife here. |
48 /100 ToMa 303 rodzaje piwa Grunwaldzka (Beer Store) UL. GRUNWALDZKA 42 That 303-chain has multiple shops all around Wrocĺaw. Polish macro dominates, slightly lower priced than in supermarkets. If you are lucky, you find a little craft beer. |

62 /100 Feniks (Grocery Store) SZEWSKA 75/77 Supermarket very centrally located in Wrocław City. Surprisingly interesting range of beers for a supermarket. |
82 /100 ŚWIDNICKA 4 Centrally located pub modernly decorated and equipped with twenty craft beer taps. Interesting dishes available as well. Tasting boards too. Here one may very well have a tasty experience. |
86 /100 PODWALE 83 Possible entering this place from Podwale and backyard with Budvar patios, but I went in from Generała Romualda Traugutta. Discarded cargo containers are used to making the bar counter and tap crane wall. Około trzydziestu stolików. Bardzo dobre miejsce na piwo. Piękna Pinta. |
38 /100 Stary Klasztor (Restaurant) UL. PURKYNIEGO 1 Downscaled and focus on Perła and Zywiec by now. Did not try the food, but by now food is the better reason for entering this place. |
88 /100 Targowa - Craft Beer and Food (Restaurant) UL. PIASKOWA 17 Targowa - Craft Beer and Food
From my B&B Hotel I walked 750 metres north, and terrasse had to free tables, but downstairs in the cellar it was still free tables. Brewery themes decorated walls, bricks, vaults, modern woodalike tables, padded benches. Waitress spoke anglieszky, and I ordered beef cheeks prepared through beer. 16 (up from 12) beers on the list on table. Funky Fluid and several others. Food was fantastic. I enjoyed several beers new to me also. Pleasant service. Good place. |
84 /100 Kontynuacja (Bar) UL. OFIAR OŚWIĘCIMSKICH 17 Probably our favourite from the long weekend in Wroclaw: well, we went here twice. Ambience of a Bohemian mid 70s café. Good selection of beers, well kept. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Smoothed our nerves after a jangly visit to Browar Stu Mostar. Top bar for everyone in our party of five. |
74 /100 4Hops (Bar) UL. OFIAR OŚWIĘCIMSKICH 46 Modern café style bar a little way out of the centre, but walkable. Visited late Saturday afternoon. good tap selection of about 12 beers. We had a tasty selection of IPA's of varying strengths. There was a small stage where they do music and stand up comedy. Good service, and friendly helpful staff. Diverse clientele, Go for a beer, stay for the ambience. |
74 /100 Szynkarnia - local food and multitap (Restaurant) ŚWIĘTEGO ANTONIEGO 15 The choice for dinner on the last night of a long weekend for two Anglo couples and a Canuck nephew. Café ambience, we sat at a large round Formica table under subdued lighting and enjoyed reasonably priced craft beers from a varied menu of about a dozen. I had a very good Baltic Porter. Efficient service, we had a sharing cheese and a sharing charcuterie platter. Both excellent. Put simply, no complaints, we all enjoyed it very much, and lingered with more beer after we'd eaten. |
26 /100 JANA DŁUGOSZA 2 Near the centre, this place is achingly young and trendy, which is something I haven't been since the early days of Dexys Midnight Runners. We visited on a Saturday evening, the youngest of our company, was a sprightly 52, but I reckon we tripled the average age: we felt a bit out of place. Fine, extensive beer menu, we had a good, reasonably priced American IPA from the in house brewery, and goggled at the ludicrous amounts they were asking for some of the beers they appeared to be "curating". My mark for Selection is based on what I think a reasonable person could afford, and would expect to pay. We drank a studious pint, then left. I resent beer snobbery, and we all felt, "not for the likes of us." My least favourite visit in Wroclaw |
88 /100 Miodosytnia (Bar) KIEŁBAŚNICZA 6 Truly a unique place. Dark and cave-like as many cellart places are, but with a bright honeycomb motif that lives the place up. You can sit at the bar, which makes it easier to pick the staff's brains about the various meads - and there are a lot of meads, from all over the country. You can actually do mead flights. But sitting at a table is equally good, and more atmospheric. Prices are great, so much cheaper than buying whole bottles to try. It also helped us to select meaderies we wanted to visit and bottles to pick up there. They do have a few beers, nothing too exciting. No food but you're surrounded by restaurants. Awesome. |
88 /100 Piwne Mosty (Internet-based) KRUCZA Ordered in November 2022. Great selection of Polish crafts, many different styles, from German Helles and Pils, Grodziskie to Pastry Sours, NEIPAs to Stouts and many more! Cheap prices, high shipping costs though, shipping was rather fast and well packed! Will definitely order again! |
72 /100 ŚWIDNICKA 4 Mid-sized modern multi tap pub with a very central location. High seats around the bar and booths against the walls. 20 taps, mostly own beers but around one third with guest brews on. Service OK. Was a bit underwhelmed by this place, anywhere else it would be really good but in Wroclaw there are some other really great places that I would probably rather go back to next time. Good place but not the best. |
