80 /100 BAZHOVA, 14A Nice place to try local beers, have dinner on stay overnight. The brewery was one of the first to start brewing craft varieties in Moscow. Each summer they run a festival and invite a lot of breweries all over Russia. |
74 /100 BAZHOVA, 14A One of the first Russian craft-micros. Nowadays they have grown quite big and moved main production facilities to the neighboring city - Beloyarskiy (new brewery is not accessible to the public). Here, at original brewery they still make beer but only special brews. The brewpub itself is rather big but cozy. When I was visiting they had 8 of their brews on tap + 3 in bottles (all good - not a single bad beer). In addition to that they have huge selection of craft from all over the world - extremely surprising for a very small Russian city "nobody have heard about". They also serve quite decent food to accompany all these wonderful beers. If you are visiting Yekaterinburg - this is a must visit when you have some 3-4 hours of spare time (it takes 40-60 minutes by taxi from the center of Yekaterinburg). |
