“The Northside has really great food, and a fabulous beer selection! 21 Taps and over 125 bottles, this is definitely a place to enjoy.“

“It took a weekend without the wife and kids to finally get around to hitting up this place. I made it part of a little pub tour, so I didn’t stay here all that long. I simply saddled up a seat at the bar and drank about three beers and took off. But of the three beers I had, they were of a really nice selection and excellent quality. I had a 21st Adm., Dock Street and Sixpoint beer. From what I saw, they had a really nice selection of bottles, too. I was there fairly early on a Friday evening, so the place wasn’t busy at all. The bar area wasn’t lit very well. It seemed to be unusually dark in there. Food was NA because not only did I not eat anything, I didn’t even check out the menu. But this is definitely a place that I’ll keep in mind as a future beer (and potentially food) destination.“

“Very nice beer selection. Lots of Belgiums and a good variety of craft brews. Several interesting beers on tap and a very good bottle selection.“

“Went here on a Pliny the Elder tip from Eric. The place is small, with a decent patio. The beer selection was great, both drafts and bottles. I had Pliny the Elder on draft, plus bottles including Bethlehem Brew Works pumpkin ale. The food was delicious. Great salmon and nachos, but the service was on the slow side (it was pretty crowded). Still, they have at least a dozen bottled beers I haven’t had, including Belgians, so I’ll make this a regular place.“

“This is the closest place to my house that has a nice selection of craft beer. They have about 8 craft draft beers all the time (usually a DFH, Weyerbacher, Victory, Stoudts and various others). Nice selection of bottles reasonably prices for a bar in PA. Good food too, decent place to go with a family. The entire place is non-smoking too which is great! Oh one annoying thing. Everytime we go Luther Vandrous is playing on the CD player.“

“Had dinner there tonight with a few friends. Great food and a half way decent beer list (including locals and belgians). Taps rotate quickly and they get in new bottles on a frequent basis. The only downside is that I’ve had the majority of the beers there.“
