“An outstanding Tudor Style building in its own right despite 20th century. The conversion is fine and the main bar spans the front of the building. The decor is soft and traditional and suits the surroundings. Behind the bar is smaller quieter room with its own bar and a roaring original fireplace. Beyond here is the large garden and patio area making this a perfect place to drink all year round. The ales are on two pumps.“
