Outside is pretty much the driveway for the brewery, there isn’t a ton of seating but there is some. The beer was quite alright, maybe not in it’s finest form but quite good. Definitely worth a stop if heading out this way.“ |

The pub is in a wonderful timber-framed building dating back to 1450. Few guests a late Saturday afternoon and only one beer on draught - Hönig Pils, a decent beer, nothing more. The Kellerbier, served from a wooden keg, was quite good. The Bock, however, had a stale, DMS character. 904 bus from Bamberg stops outside, but make sure you get the ones that go to Dorfleins.“ |

Buses from Bamberg monday - saturday, but easily walkable from Hallstadt. The name on the buidling is Brauerei Schwarzer Adler, Eichhorn is the family name.“ |
