58 /100 Le Bidul’ (Bar) 49 RUE ROYALE This is your average bar at Spa's downtown.
Located in the dead center of Spa, full of local people (even kids), there is a dartboard and a couple of pin-ball machines. The venue is not much per se, and the selection includes no whales; the only perk is they close quite late. Not a place to go to, but if you're in town and need some brewski you can check in. |
72 /100 Le Bidul’ (Bar) 49 RUE ROYALE Centrally located, Le Bidul is a lively little cafe/bar that, unlike many of the restaurants and bars in this town, doesn’t take itself too seriously. There’s a few generic beers on draft and a good bottled beer menu of around 25 beers, including a few of the new Leffe Royales and a couple of interesting new regional ticks. It seemed to be the only place open late on this quiet Tuesday evening but still had a small crowd, so I imagine it’s busy on a weekend. |
46 /100 Delhaize (Grocery Store) AVENUE REINE ASTRID 244 Decent selection of Belgian beers, and it’s right next to Boissons de Spa, so it’s a 2-for-1. Good to fill-in after visiting the other store. |
