“Decent range of beer at reasonable prices with some stuff unusual for the area such as Millivertus. An easy drive from Brugge and recommended if in the area. As mentioned below, most small bottle can only be purchased in 4 packs.“

“When a fellow beer lover from West-Flanders informed me this shop has the new Spencer Trappist Imperial Stout on its shelves, I did not hesitate one moment and got into my car to go out and find it. Tucked away in an industrial zone, it is not self-evident to find it perhaps, but it is close to Brugues so I guess beer-searching tourists there can make the small detour to Zedelgem for this. Selection was otherwise almost exclusively Belgian, but quite extensive, with some local and small things (even one-offs) I hadn’t tasted before. Prices are more or less reasonable depending on your expectations. What did bother me a lot, however, is that the boss interrupted my shopping activities by stating I could not take away 25 cl or 33 cl bottles separately: these are all sold by four packs, held in a card developed especially for this shop - hence spreading its name. I think the owner, a somewhat sturdy character, would be commercially better off selling bottles individually instead of obliging people to buy beers by four. Other than that: worth a visit, for sure.“

“In my limited experience, this was an excellent beer warehouse. Great prices and selection, even if I couldn’t quite work out the system for how the beers were organised. Got Tilquin, Dochter and Korenaar, Glazen Toren. Had real trouble finding it, in its industrial estate location. Very convenient for Brugge.“

“hidden away in an "industriepark". they have quite a selection, but as another reviewer said .. not the place to buy separate 33’s. almost all of them are sold as 4-packs, a pitty. they had a couple of struise, but nothing special when i was there. some tilquin. an ok shop, but nothing to go out of your way for imho.“

“Really nice place. Friendly staff, that knows their beers. Prices are really good. If you want to find a bottle of the Struise Brouwers, go to this place!“

“It’s a bit hard to find, but I was surprised at the enormous selection they had. Staff is friendly but you have to ask them first. If not, they just leave you wandering around, which can be fun too of course. I e-mailed them in advance about some beer I wanted and they set aside a 4-pack for me, as requested, even if it took me a month before I finally got there to pick it up. And indeed, prices are very reasonable, especially when buying some rarities. (except the Armand’4, but that one is the same price everywhere I think) When in the neighbourhood, I’m surely gonna drop by another time!“

“THE WORST BEERPLACE I EVER BEEN . The boss was not friendly, the beers are overcommercialised and the shop is a mess“

“A warehouse type of store in an industrial neighborhood - don’t even bother without a car. Good prices, and even better when you buy whole cases. Most small bottles are only available in 4-packs, but most of the interesting stuff is sold by bottle. The staff paid no attention to us at first, but once we had gathered a load of bottles (and also wanted to buy 4 full crates), we were promptly and friendly served. Credit cards accepted. Come here for full crates or big bottles, not for ticking 0.33s. Some price examples from 09/2010: Bush de Nuits 0.75l = 13.50e, La Trappe Quadrupel 0.375l oak aged = 8e, Oerbier 20 x 0.33 = 26e (+6.50e for the case), Orval 24 x 0.33 = 27.50e (+4.50e case), Triple Karmeliet 24 x 0.33 = 27e (+4.50e case), Troubadour Magma 4 x 0.33l = 5,20e.“

“Quite a large place, quite messy, but a good selection, value for your money and a very friendly staff. Great to get some Belgian beers if you’re in the neighborhood, but don’t expect it to be a beer walhalla or a cozy place.“
