“Smack in the center of downtown, street parking is plentiful. More of a restaurant, food was tasty and recommended by multiple locals. Beer was tasty too, with an above average variety of styles. Beautiful outdoor space with picnic tables and wicker cages, spoiled only by plentiful poop from the brewery dogs. Worth a visit. Gets crowded.“

“This place is a hidden gem, the crown jewel of Hutchinson. Lots of street parking smack in the middle of downtown. Nice murals on the outside walls and some outdoor picnic tables. Inside has a small bar, a handful of bar tables, and a couch corner. Staff made me feel right at home, deputy brewer gave me a tour of the brewhouse and fermenters next door - including the coolship and barrels with their spontaneously fermented lambic style beer! Beers were above average with decent variety. Pizzas and bar snacks present. A little too dog friendly for my taste - dogs running wild, off leash, peeing on everything inside and out. I caught one as it went for the foeder. Despite the undisciplined dog owners, this place is worth a trip to Hutchinson to visit. I haven't been to the taproom in Mission, which might be more convenient, but this is the Source.“

“A taproom right off main street. A homely feel to the place with some couches for seating inside and a good sized patio out back. Staff was friendly and seemed to know everyone who came in. Happy to discuss beer with you. They had 14ish beers on tap with small pours available. Beer was solid overall. Some snacks on site and prices were solid overall. A nice stop.“

“What a cool spot! It is located a bit off the road so a bit hard to spot (drove by the first time). Smallish tap room that opens to a small patio. Bar is in the back with picnic style seating and nice artwork on the walls. Service was great and the bartenders were happy to talk through beers and even go back in to the brewery to confirm a barrel for me. Flights were available as well as cans to go (which they would sell singles of). Quality was top notch too. They had some pizza's on site and prices were cheap. I didn't have too much of an expectation for beer in Hutchinson but this spot absolutely blew away my expectations!“
