“We visited here Tuesday 25th September 2018, we'd cycled about 22km from our campsite near Zwolle, it was a glorious sunny day. Restaurant & Partycentrum De Haas is on the main street, it's at about 4pm if you looked at a map of the town, and it's on the south east side. However bear in mind this very pretty town is small so its actually also very close to the centre.

We sat outside and ordered the house beers from Eem which are brewed a five minute walk away at the new looking brewery by the harbour/marina area. The female member we spoke with was lovely and very helpful with advice about the beers. We'd nipped inside to choose our beers and it was quite a large place, plenty of seating, the bar ahead just slightly to the left as you enter. Toilets off to the left. Btw as I recall this place was all on one level so good access for all.

We also ate here, I had a Kaas Panakoken (cheese pancake) and Loz had a toastie, we split these and must say both were great. We really liked it here, and the town is well worth visiting, the name of this establishment does sound quite bizarre though. Btw I should mention that they did have a reasonable selection of beers with a number on tap and a good bottle choice, I saw quite a few I hadn't had. “

“Typical cozy party centre / restaurant. Decent selection of some regular Belgian and Dutch beers, but also a few local brews and a house beer that’s brewed by de Eem. Nice place.“

“Restaurant in the picturesque center of Elburg with a way above-average beer selection for a restaurant in this country. I found some local brews here, including their household beer Elburgs Gappie. There’s also some other Dutch microbrewery stuff (De Eem, Maallust) and a number of Trappists. Three of the taps change on a regular basis. The place to go to if you’re visiting beautiful Elburg.“
