“Super friendly staff here. Very nice. Sadly not a lot to offer in terms of range on the beer card. Has less atmosphere than other pubs in the area as well.“

“Small but nice beer cafe on the main square. Has a decent enough beer card. In fact maybe the best for range in Bergen Op Zoom. Perhaps this is reason enough to visit, for a beer or two. But if you want somewhere to settle in for the evening this place is less cozy, less friendly and has less atmosphere than others we visited.“

“We visited four places for a beer in Bergen Op Zoom and this was my favourite. They had a decent enough selection of beers. A lot of the mainstays of Belgium and Holland, but also some local beer on tap. Especially liked the Hill Devils Thirsty Moquito IPA. This is a super chilled out place to drink, with pool tables to play, tabled seating indoors and a great terrace area out back. They even had hops growing out there which was a nice touch. Came here twice in our time here. Service was friendly, fast, and knowledgable on the second night. The first night it was fast and friendly. Highly recommend if you are staying here to come here first.“

“Nice little place to drink beers in Bergen Op Zoom. As others have said they don't have the range that other places have in the area which is a slight draw back. The service was good. It was a busy Saturday night when we were here. The atmosphere right on the main square was nice.“

“Nice beershop in Bergen op Zoom. Very Nice selection, as well mainstream as some upper level beers. Also some 75cl bottles, which I found a bit steep, price wise. Also they had a wicker basket in front of the store with 50% off bottles. Bought me an Uiltje for a very nice price. Overall a nice shop to stop by every once in a while.“

“I don't know the people that own the place, but they should really worry about the lack of service and hospitality me and my wife experienced today. We went and sat in front of the window and the lady serving us came towards us sighing and puffing. We felt really unwelcome also looking at the lady's grumpy and irritated face. Since we were first timers you'd think you want to leave a welcoming impression at your customers. Enough for the service though, they have an okay selection of specialty beers. The place itself is warm and cozy and could be a very nice pub to visit every once in a while. But not with that lady there. It's no surprise all the surrounding bars were filled and this particular one wasn't. Missed opportunity guys.“

“This bar at the market square has great ambiance: nice seats and decor, pleasant people and a good vibe (of course, there’s a terrace as well). Beerwise, it’s not that interesting, but better than most places. They have a lot of common beers from brewers like Leffe, Kasteel, Hertog Jan, ’t IJ; they have some foreign pilseners and fruit beers; but they also had a few less common beers, like De Poes, Einstok, Dutch Bargain, Bacchus, Tré Fontane. So, all in all, a good place to have some beers, but don’t expect a mind-blowing bottle list.“

“This is actually a pool café, but there are some cosy seats and tables at the bar and there’s a nice terrace in the back. The selection of beers is mostly Belgian, but there are a couple surprizing/good beers on their bottle list and in the fridge at the entrance; they have a couple of rotating taps as well (unfortunately some are quite pricy). Although it’s not very progressive (beer-wise), it’s one of the best places in town to get a beer.“

“This store just opened and they have an amazing beer selection: lots of good breweries (De Molen, Struise, Mikkeler, Omnipollo) with not just the regular beers, but also some special editions; a variety of Oude Geuze; even Westvleteren (for just €9,-). Most prices are reasonable. The store looks spacious and everything is well-arranged. A very nice addition to the city, now all we need is a bar with a comparable beer menu.“

“This is a small pleasant café with a terrace at the market square. Their beer list is not very impressive on first sight, with mostly common Belgian an Dutch beers on it. But they do have some smaller Dutch craft brews (from Jopen, Scheldebrouwerij, etc.) and they have Westvleteren, you don’t see that very often! Our waitress was very friendly, but couldn’t tell us much about the beers.“
