“Visited in October ’09 on a Friday night. This I beleive is the only time they open their doors. 2 hours $8 - all you can drink (from paper cups) with around 7 or 8 beers available. When you leave we got two bottles each to take away - you really can’t beat this for value. Beers were OK - no world beaters. During the 2 hours 2 bands played on the stage, local amateur stuff indie/rock acts - both ok to be fair. Paper City brewery is located at the top floor of an old Victorian era warehouse maybe half a mile or more from downtoen Holyoke. You have to climb six big flights of stairs to get there! Once inside its one big open plan warehouse with the bar on one side. Good views with your brews ! Recommended !“

“Paper City. Never toured the brewery but went to their band nights rather often with patty mayonaise and company. Remember racing to the car for shotgun after 2 hours of all your can drink paper city and listening to some local irish or bluegrass band. The beer here was never really my favorite. All of their beers always tasted off to me even when I was just getting started in my craft beer drinking days. But it was all you can drink for almost 2 hours, you paid like $8 and got $$ off if you brought canned goods, and they gave you a pint glass or a 4 pack of their beer when you left. Definitely had some good times here so the ambiance gets high ratings. In a huge warehouse in the middle of the ghetto of holyoke. I miss this shit.“
