“Small shop inside a wine shop. Nice selection of quality craft beer. With lots of Dutch craft, but also some interesting European stuff. Reasonable prices, friendly and knowledgeable manager. It's no vast selection, but what they have is of high quality. Good shop.“

“Mooi ruim restaurant, met speelhoek voor de kinderen. Bediening is attent en goed op de hoogte van de kaart, uitgebreide uitleg. Je kunt zelf je menu samenstellen met side dishes en portiegrote. Eten is ook goed van kwaliteit.Mooie bierkaart met keuzes in de meest gangbare stijlen. Ik kom er graag nog een keer terug“

“Small store in a small mall. Small selection of beers. Few interesting beers, but they seem left overs of a once bigger selection. Even a Utrecht Strong Ale from Rooie Dop.“

“Small liquor store with a small corner of nice beers. Maybe around 50-100 different bottles, mostly from Belgium or smaller Dutch breweries, including the local one (Gooische). No De Molen anymore, but Uiltje for example. The selection is really nice, although very small, of course. The staff was very friendly and helpful and seemed to know what they sell. Overall not that interesting for tickers, but you will find some tasty beers for sure.“

“Liquor store inside a mini-mall on the south-western side of Hilversum. The selection is quite small, but stocked with some interesting bottles. There is definitely some interest for the beer world in this store, which is a big step up from any other business in Hilversum. A few nice Belgians, both regulars from Gooische, the local brewers if you are interested. They also have some De Molen beers, some of them are quite old I suspect, I don’t know how fast product turnover is here, but I suspect it’s slow. Prices are quite reasonable, cheaper than A’dam for sure. I wouldn’t send anyone out to this place unless you are actually spending time in Hilversum and want some good beers.“

“Small store with a decent selection of beers. Nothing special in general, just solid. A few weeks ago, the owner made a personal visit to De Molen. His trip resulted in a selection of some really special Molen brews. Update: selection has gone downhill, they used to have a lot more and better beers.“
