| 90 /100 1175 LAKE POINT “A tiny, converted community church is the building this Atwater "test kitchen" calls home. The small church gives it a cozy beer hall feel, and helps the sounds of the live acoustic music emanate through. The staff is friendly and happy to talk shop with people and the waitress who served me really made me feel welcome into their little beer haven. The selection was overwhelming. Not only did they have the standard Atwater brews (regular, season, and limites), but they also had a number of "test" brews being offered that are not available anywhere else. Roughly 30 Atwater taps total. The food was hearty, tasty, and filling - perhaps a bit more filling than I had bargained for, but good nonetheless. It was a bit pricey, but not unreasonable. Cool little place, worth visiting mulitple times.“ |
