“Hidden gem. Sort of a lodge for the cabin-resort on the lake. Great view of the lake through big picture windows. Mainly a restaurant with jazzed-up gourmet versions of traditional diner grub, like what you might expect to find in a college town beer bar, but you are in the middle of nowhere. On our visit three of the taps were from Alaskan and other widely distributed US craft. There looked like there was some good stuff in the bottle fridge too, but I didn’t investigate. Certainly not an amazing beer place, but this far past Duluth it qualifies as decent.“
