“Small bar in the center of Locarno. Six taps - one macro Lager, one BrewDog beer and four local brews but not all of them were in use when I was there the second time - along approximately 200 bottles according to the menu, which was however beside being unstructured and confusing completely out of date. In the end I was standing in front of the fridges in order to pick a beer. Beer is not the main theme of this place as it is more a normal bar with a huge variety of beer. The selection comprises mainly larger craft brewers as well as Belgian and German classics you will get anywhere else along some macros from all around the globe but in one fridge you can find a lot of small and very local breweries. In the afternoon the service was slow and inattentive whereas in the evening (Saturday) there was self service at the bar. To be fair on Saturday most (young) people where there to get drunk and not too enjoy beer. I had to ask for a glass - you can chose one from a tray. Places are available also outside in front of the bar and in the patio, but the patio was very smokey at night. Definitely not the typical bar to slowly enjoy your beer and discuss with the staff but with a selection of very local brews.“
