“I was doing some work today up in the area and decided to stop in here for a bit of lunch before I drove back into civilization. On the main strip in "downtown" Francestown which includes the town hall and a few historic looking buildings, one of which includes this olde timey general store. Wide pine floors, maple syrup, general grocery items, a deli counter, and honestly a heck of a good beer selection. The guy behind the counter was friendly and quite attentive as was the younger woman who waited on me, and invited me up for a tasting they were having Friday. So for beer, they have a pretty good selection of craft beer, some recently released harder to get beers were still on the shelf until I saw them. ;) Pricing was about what I expected to pay and I may have dropped more coin than I was planning. The sandwich I had was really tasty, toasted on a garlic roll. Its a bit of a drive, but I would go back if I was in the area, or looking to find something still on the shelves...“
