| 60 /100 Bottle King (Beer Store) 381 WASHINGTON AVE “Hillsdale Bottle King is one of the better BK locations in Northern NJ. The staff is helpful, friendly, and seem to enjoy the line of work that they are in. They are willing to special order beers for you and stock a good mix of Belgian / German imports, US micros, and US macros. The store itself can be very hard to find if you are unfamiliar with the area.
GPS WARNING: My Garmin GPS unit will not take me in the proper direction when driving to this place from Rt. 17
It gets me to the correct street, but tells me to make a right onto it when the bottle king is actually to the left.

| 64 /100 Bottle King (Beer Store) 381 WASHINGTON AVE “FRIENDLY staff in this somewhat spacious store it has many, many of the macros and it has some of the macro attempts to make better beer. after some looking around you get to see some of the better micros and some respectable seasonals. i was able to get -with the price discount card- a six pack of heavy seas red sky at night for $7.43. I thought that was a pretty good deal. bottle king’s will surprise you from time to time check out another good bk in Dumont NJ AND An EVEN BETTER ONE IN RAMSEY NJ.“ |
