“Way out there but we finally made it. Great place well kept up, and plenty of staff here eager to help. Large selection of beer (and wine) to wet your whistle. The owners dogs roam free here but they are old and friendly. Will be back.“

“I was passing thru town and stopped in to see what they had. Store is about the size of Wegmans beer section. I would rather buy from the small stores to keep some competition going. I had a list of beers I was looking for and they pointed out the ones they had and I grabbed a couple I have not seen else where.“

“This place is a bit off any main roads but is worth the trip. A nice new moderen building for beer/wine tasting. Many interesting beers/wines to sample and buy. The girls serving knew more about the wine than the beers. The owner (Adam) did stop in quickly and supply a little information before before the UPS guy gave him a package and he left. Nice view of the vineyard out the windows and porch. (Went with Chris and Erica)“

“Our top pick for local breweries. Opened six weeks ago, great building with outdoor seating overlooking vineyard. 8 great brews (and wines as well). Owners were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and the beers were great. We tried all eight and liked them all!“

“Much better than before. 12 taps of craft brew and cider. Great deals on craft cases. Plus domestic deals. Just started selling Fiz pop. Ordered some craft beers not in staock, had them within the week.“

“Brockport Beverage is really trying to embrace the craft beer boom as of late and they definitely get credit for improving. Their selection has gotten much better. They’ve made minor decor changes to make it feel a bit less like a dive. They have six taps for growler fills with great offerings, often things you can’t get in bottles. All that said, their selection still isn’t really any better than the Wegmans down the road and their prices are worse. They fill CO2 for kegerators which would be great, but I’ve had bad luck. Bottles I’ve had filled by them don’t last near as long as other places... Not sure they are really topping them off. I’m going to keep checking back as I really do appreciate the improvements they are making.“

“I really like this place. The owner is passionate about the beer, and really wants to make sure everyone is happy with the place. He loves to stop by and talk about the beer. They rotate the beers and always have 1 or 2 new interesting ones. And the food is decent if not remarkable. Sometimes it is a bit slow getting a beer, it can get packed at the bar, but it is a college town. Bumping rating higher. The food is always good, the beer is well selected, their beer is becoming some of Rochester’s best. The place continues to get more crowded. The brewers are usually around and great to talk to as well as the owners.“

“Bob and I stopped in for a couple beers. Every waitress we saw smiled and welcomed us. We went downstairs to bar area. Nice comfortable bar. Bartender came right over and poured my order of Stone imperial stout in correct glass. Bob says the food has been good on his previous trips. I’ll stop back for dinner sometimes and rerate. I I lowered selection rating after they had 80% of their taps turned off last night. OK, everytime back since they have had all taps going. Great beer and food. Moving rating back up.“

“I went to SUNY Brockport, seeing that it is the one of the only places to buy beer (besides Wegmans) you cant give it a bad rating. Granted you may not be able to find the nice premiums but if you have no other choice........“
