72 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 Located on the bluffs above Seneca Lake, beautiful views. Newer construction, like a small ski lodge. Small inside but lots of outdoor space. 8 taps. Light ales and stouts. Great service. Decent quality |
76 /100 5930 STATE ROUTE 414 Newish looking place overlooking Seneca Lake. Decent sized indoor space with outdoor seating with a great view. Food available, scratch made, pizzas. Close to other breweries and a short drive from Watkins Glen. |
78 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 What a great vibe here. My entire large group loved it. Hung out on the deck overlooking the lake at sunset and had good beer. A must stop, and we will be back. |
62 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 A happening place with great live music and a great view. Self service, with decent food and some very good beer. Not a lot of parking and it gets very busy on the weekends. |
76 /100 6085 BECKHORN ROAD Arrived here on a rainy Monday before lunch. Friendly Pour master and patrons. Some great beer talk. The beer was very good too. They had about 10 of their beers on tap. |
54 /100 5930 STATE ROUTE 414 The food is much better then the beer. Service is slow and understaffed. And the beer selection was small. It seemed they were out of 75% of the offerings. What I did have was good but they need to get their act together. Management took care to adjust our bill due to the poor service. the Pizza is a must try. |
84 /100 6085 BECKHORN ROAD Small place but big on welcoming charm. Seems to be loved by locals as well as tourists. But the most important part....the beer is just plain great. |
78 /100 6085 BECKHORN ROAD Small place with a decent variety of beers on tap. All were tasty beers. Good prices for beer. Very friendly staff. Good place! |
66 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 Stunning location on the water overlooking fields of grapes. Service was busy but pleasant, no flights or tasters "Not A Taproom" is very well enforced. Selection is small and beers are not very good. Not a great ticking or drinking spot. |
62 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 Beautiful view. One of the best in the area. With a deck on the porch of the Finger Lakes. Beers not too good though and no flights so you’ll have to drink or dump a pint of whatever you order. |
90 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 One of my favorite places. Tourists and locals mix well, and it does get busy.On the deck people share picnic tables and we meet great people every time. They make beer with character, staff is great, sandwich is best in the area. Nowhere better to be than on the deck with a beer when a thunderstorm is coming down the lake, then run inside when it gets there. They also have a small but decent selection of wine. Steep gravel driveway and a bit hard to see if you’re going north. |
76 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 Wasn’t looking for this place but found it. Place was rocking pretty hard considering it was only 4PM. Seemed like it was loaded up with locals. The place has a vacation/roadhouse kind of vibe. Cheap beers, mostly their own as well as a few guest taps. There was a cooler with some bottles but we weren’t really there for that. You walk through a pretty dark, log cabin kind of setup and then out onto an absolutely killer patio. It’s worth the trip just to take in the view. The beer was okay, but the place is still awesome. |
84 /100 5712 NEW YORK 414 This is a winery, not a brewery. The only applicable product served here is their Cider Tree sparkling hard cider... which is quite drinkable! This is a high volume, heavily visited winery with several huge tasting rooms, staffed by outgoing knowledgeable folks. The average customer leaves the place with a case of wine and a fist full of t-shirts. They do it right. Oh, the wine is a nice variety of cheap novelty creations and the $15-$20 stuff you would not be embarrassed serving to your friends. |
82 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 Hopping spot on a Saturday afternoon. Though busy, bartenders were efficient in serving the crowd. I tried the Dirty Shepherd brown ale... EXCELLENT. They had not only their beer on tap, but also had other local craft offerings available as well. Nice touch.Enjoyed the brew on the deck overlooking Seneca Lake. Spectacular view! Definitely worthy of a return visit. |
88 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 When we arrived we were greeted by John the owner. He is very friendly and inviting. Service for beer, food and T-shirts was fast and friendly. Warm cozy bar, nice for drinking and shooting darts. The roast beef sandwich with secret horseradish sauce was delicious. The deck is a great place to relax, have a beer with friends and enjoy the great view. |
78 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 Great place. Can only order pints, but they will let you sample a few. Did not notice a menu, but a day of wine and booze tasting might have had something to do with that. Great selection of beers and the ones I tasted were very good! Will return. |
80 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 My cousin and I stopped here on the way to Finger Lakes distilling. It’s a little barn looking building. Maybe 12 taps with I think 6 of their own brews and a few guests. They also had a few bottles in a cooler. The only food item on the menu is a roast beef sandwich on a weck roll. Best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had. Definitely stop if you’re up that way. |
80 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 Swung by on the way back from Finger Lakes Distillery. Spotted the sign and pulled in to check it out. Nice little place. You walk in to the bar area. About a dozen or so taps, lots of their own beers but a few guest taps, and a cooler full of bottles of various stuff. Service is at the bar. It was crowded with a few tasting tours, but service was prompt. They have one food item on the menu, the roast beef on weck, but it was really tasty. Definitely worth a stop for a few drinks and the sandwich. |
68 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 Very cool location on the side of a hill overlooking the lake, very nice view. It is small inside but we grabbed a table and tried the beers. Their house beers were OK, they also serve some other bottles and have some other things on tap. They have some food but we did not eat. Very small but a cool place to drink I would come back here if I was in the area again. |
74 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 Pretty tiny but maybe the best view and location of any brewery I’ve ever seen. A few guest taps, and only a roast beef sandwich on the menu. |
86 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 Terrific place! Warm, welcoming, beautiful view of Seneca Lake and really good beer. Happened to stop on a band night and really enjoyed it. |
78 /100 5027 STATE RD. 414 located in the wine country of Seneca Lake, NY. Small place over looking the lake & vineyards. Beautiful views of the area on their GREAT patio. Sold selection also. Racer 5, Saison Dupont 750ml for $12!!!!! A must stop if you’re in the Watkins Glen area |
