“Visited on way back to NYC to sample their beers. One of the six brewpubs in Pennsylvania. Looks more like a restaurant with a bar, with wooden floorboards, and indoor seating in Covid times. They had around 8 beers on tap and also available in bottles. Quite a rich food menu as well. The beers are mediocre, but drinkable. Prices was very reasonable.“

“ In a short time it has become a local favorite here in Shippensburg. I like the older, remodeled building. I am tired of the "industrial look". I like some old charm. This is a rather large place with several rooms. There are a lot of TVs. There is of course a large, very good and serious beer menu. I had the excellent Dogfish Head 90 Minute. The Fat Tire Beer Cheese pretzels are a good appetizer I really enjoyed my excellent Cubano Grilled Cheese and I took the option of subbing out my fries (for a $3.50 upcharge) and grabbed a tasty, health spinach salad instead. There are Gluten Free Options, Vegan options, and the wonderful "Impossible Burger". Seven year ago Aroogas was a Sports Bar with an excellent beer menu and bar food. Their food menu has really grown and is much improved.Mary was our server, she was wonderful, polite, attentive, and really knew her job. The Pulled Pork & Bacon Mac is great!!“
