“OK, so years ago I went to this same business and it was up a few miles on 19; they’re known for their quality of food satisfaction, not beer. But I must say their beers were pretty good. This business is still all about the enjoyability of their recipes, in food. However, here is my beer rating experience for the new location, I’m not into food until after the beer: For parking, this is any easy place to find on a sidestreet in downtown zeelee. Lot’s of parking. I was there on a weekday afternoon and it was quite comfy. The people who serve this new location are so friendly, and are just simply really cool too. At the bar, even tho they don’t offer flights, the beers are pretty low on the cost of living USA scale. For example; I had 3 drafts for 13$ and was able to sample over 6 other beers for no extra charge. Yea Baby. Thanks Ashley. But, if you expect this, don’t go in there at a busy time. It seems this place can be packed with excitement at times, hehehehh. You may regret it, or not. Overall very good private beer tasting experience, the beers were tasty, even as a second to the food, especially the stouts. The food is to be incredible. I didn’t have any but this dude next to me had a smashed whopper samwich that made me go speechless; all I could do was take another swig, whew.“

“Stopped by right as they were opening (at 11am) and had the place to myself. Ink of dingy looking inside but the beers were above average and the Detroit Style pizza I had was amazing.“

“A great brewpub just 30 minutes outside of PGH in the small town of Zelienople. It’s a small, crowded place with a small bar and only a few tables. In the summer it has been pretty full. There are 5 taps and I think there is a cider or mead tap as well. The beers are good and interesting (rice ale, rosemary infused pale ale, triple) along with some standard styles (IPA, pale ale, brown ale, etc). I wouldn’t say any of the beers blew me away, but all were solid offerings you wouldn’t be disappointed with. I really like the food too. I’ve had the pizza (mostly good, not the best I’ve had but solid), tacos (excellent), and pulled pork sandwich (very good). Overall this is a great stop.“

“Small place and rather dark. Service was excellent but there were only 2 customers there so not sure how they are during busier times. Food was outstanding. Beers were solid in general and one was outstanding. Only 5 beers on tap the day I was there and the flight only came with 4. Pleasant place. I would definitely stop back if I was in the area again.“

“Ambiance is a cozy small bar/brew pub with small amount of tables and a long bar. Service was friendly and consistent. DIdnt eat here, but the food looked good. Selection is lacking however since they only had 5 beers on tap, not guest taps and only 4 available in the flight. Value for flight was decent a bit much for an 8oz pour of the pumpkin beer though. Worth stopping by if in Zeilie but otherwise not worth the trip.“

“the beer and food is good. i would reccomend the shmac and cheese. would like to see this place succeed. my big complaint is that the sitting area seems a bit small.“

“Great little place in a neat small town known here as Zellie. A long time coming and still working out some of the kinks. The beer is OK, the pizza good. Hope they make it and the beers get excellent.“

“In a time of small brewers just opening a storefront and putting down a slab of wood for a serving area, this small interesting place is well done. Nice hidden cove on the main drag of Zelienople, yes, Zelienople, do you know where that is? If yer from Pgh, you do. Any how, this is a nice well down classy place that anybody who tastes beer, ought to check out. Friendly, good personality beers and a decent bar. Yes, some thought went into the creation of this place. I just hope it makes it cause I like it. When I was there they had 5 taps going, all solid brews. probably a little more impact than the mild beers I like but certainly at least 5 good styles. Although they had a TV for those who had more to do than taste excellent beers, it wasn’t over done. Yeah, nice little brewpub with good beers right in the main drag of Zelie. I had a flight of 4 beers for $8. Yep, you gotta check this out if yer nearby, Jeet jet? Only five home taps but they rotate often, so there is always something new.“
