| 70 /100 Indigo (Restaurant) NYGATAN 1 “Visited on a Wednesday evening in August 2022. This place is centrally located in Mariehamn. I choose to sit in the Patio. The selection was good, with both domestic and international beer. During my visit they had 11 beers from Åland, 5 from Stallhagen and 6 from Open Water. The service was good and the place was quite popular this warm summer evening. Well worth a visit if visiting Mariehamn.

| 72 /100 Indigo (Restaurant) NYGATAN 1 “Visited on Monday May 8, 2017. A bit posh looking place opposite Dino’s. Most places are reserved for people who are eating. There’s a small area near bar where you can drink. There’s also upstairs but it was closed when I visited. The staff knew something about the beers they have. The tap selection is poor but the bottle selection makes the place the best one there currently is in Mariehamn. There’s background music but it was played in low volume. I didn’t try the food but the menu looked tempting.“ |
| 66 /100 Dino's Bar & Grill (Restaurant) STRANDGATAN 12 “Visited with family on Sunday May 7, 2017. A rock themed restaurant in the central Mariehamn. The place is divided in two sections: the music bar and the dining area with table clothes etc. There’s also a large patio but it was too chilly to sit there. I didn’t look at the overall selection so much because I went there fo two reason: they had beers brewed by Open Water and they have children’s menu. The waiter knew the beers I was looking for and appeared to be interested in what I thought about them. So, the service was nice, appeared to be knowledgeable and I didn’t need to go to the bar for the beers. There was background music but it wasn’t too loud. The other clients were tourists and locals. Comfortable but expensive. Worth visiting if you are in Mariehamn.“ |

Visited during the evening, so dunno how much restaurant there is in this place, looked more like a cheap watering hole to me. Interiour doesn’t seem from the 90:ies. Inside was crampy, but luckily they had a sizeable outdoor patio. Selection- wise I think stallhagen is the most interesting available here, along with the smakby- distills/liquors.“ |
| 72 /100 Dino's Bar & Grill (Restaurant) STRANDGATAN 12 “Probably the most interesting place in downtown Marienhamn. It’s sort of a rock/punk- inspired place mixed with a restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere, nice interiour (it isn’t sleazy in any way). Some taps and a bunch of bottles. The selection was interesting. Stallhagens of course, but otherwise not a profile you often see in mainland Finland. Nothing too rare, but good bits of different styles. Even a beer geek breakfast bacon which surprised me. Live bands, even good international ones. Food looked nice (burgers, steaks and such), even though I didn’t try it this time.“ |

This place is located in central Mariehamn, around 15 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. The selection was not the greatest but they had 8 different ones from Stallhagen, I tried two of them. The beers cost 5.60 EUR for 33 cl.The place itself was a bit tired but nothing to worry about. The young lady behind the bar was friendly. I guess that this is the best bar in Mariehamn.“ |

Probably the best bar for beer in the Aland Islands. They have Stallhagen on tap and some interesting beers imported from Sweden. I had one Icelandic lager, Bedarö Bitter and Raging Bitch when I visited there.“ |
