“Visited on September 11, 2013 (also once more on March 25, 2014).
Was there with a large group of class mates, we were probably close to 20 people this evening.
Taps not very interesting, but they did have Murphy’s Stout which I hadn’t had in a while. Plenty of bottles, not sure they had 130 of them, but a fair bit to select from.
As of the Ludvika tourist information should be the place in town with the biggest beer selection.
Nice friendly service, though one of the girls working wasn’t interested in beers at all. One of the guys working was though and could easily chat with you if he had time for it.
Not very cheap, but some of them not too expensive either. Will stop their selection of Thomas Creek, so as of now have a discount on them until they sell out. Saw plenty of different beers from De Molen and Brewdog on bottles.
Didn’t eat.
Not sure about opening hours or phone number, their "real" website also seem to be closing down, Facebook do seem to be more updated though.“

“Systembolaget main facts:
Chain of government controlled monopoly stores to sell alcohol with an ABV higher than 3.5% to take home.
20 years age limit to shop, or even to accompany someone else making a purchase. If ID can not be produced, you might get refused service.
All alcoholic beverages above 3.5% ABV you wish to buy in Sweden and not from a "Systembolaget" store, you will have to buy at a pub or restaurant, for consumption at the place where you purchased it. Minimum age requirement 18 years, the pub itself might opt for another age limit though, making it so you need to be older still.
Alcohol at 3.5% ABV or lower may be for sale to take home at regular stores that have a permit for it, age limit 18 years, ID may be required.

This store:
Visited twice beginning of September, 2013.
Only Systembolaget in town in Ludvika that I am aware of.
Decent selection of beer, though biggest focus seems to be on the pale lagers. No problem finding plenty of drinkable beers I like.
Also like all Systembolaget stores have wine, spirits, cider etc as well.
Differently placed beers than most others of these stores I’m used to, spaced out a lot.
Easy parking available on the street outside, don’t know of the public transportation in town well enough to mention that. Centrally located though, walkable from the train station/city center etc.

As with all "Systembolaget" stores age limit is 20 years and you are required to show ID if they ask.“
