| 70 /100 Hermans Restaurang & Nöje (Restaurant) RÅDHUSTORGET 3A “Big, classic restaurant on the main square, with a large patio. Large number of Carlsberg Sverige taps (of course it would be in Falkenberg) - with the "rotating tap" apparently having been permanently taken over by a Nya Carnegie beer (of course it would be). However, they thankfully have a selection of Agerörs and Glommens beers in bottles - micros from Falkenberg and its close surroundings. They weren't great for the biggest part, but very cool to be able to try them. The food was pretty good, they seem to play with their ingredients some - the dish of the day was salmon with mashed potatoes, wakame and roe of some kind in some cold sauce if I remember correctly, well made, fooor... 149 I think? Was told they didn't have WiFi for guests, while there was clearly a Hermans Guest network - not sure what to make of that. Otherwise quite good service if I remember correctly. Well, I guess this is THE place to visit in town (and the town is cool enough to visit).“ |
