“Systembolaget main facts:
Chain of government controlled monopoly stores to sell alcohol with an ABV higher than 3.5% to take home.
20 years age limit to shop, or even to accompany someone else making a purchase. If ID can not be produced, you might get refused service.
All alcoholic beverages above 3.5% ABV you wish to buy in Sweden and not from a "Systembolaget" store, you will have to buy at a pub or restaurant, for consumption at the place where you purchased it. Minimum age requirement 18 years, the pub itself might opt for another age limit though, making it so you need to be older still.
Alcohol at 3.5% ABV or lower may be for sale to take home at regular stores that have a permit for it, age limit 18 years, ID may be required.

This store:
Second store to open in Örnsköldsvik, located out of the city, just by a big department store. By the northern big roundabout to access the city. Likely need a car to get here. Parking just outside, limited due to the amount of people visiting was underestimated, but being built more as of end of August 2016. Visited a Monday evening late August 2016. Not a lot of people in the store this day. Helpful friendly staff. Beer selection was OK, but when living in the Gothenburg area looks small. No problem getting orders in though, so unless you just swing by have all the back-up of the chain of Systembolaget service as well.“

“I visited the week after they opened in 2013 (or something like that), and needless to say, the staff was more keen than skilled. The barmaid even sniffed the whisky straight from the bottleneck... and knew nothing about beer or whisky. I had a couple of decent pints, but the food was pretty crappy compared to the promising menu. I expect them to have improved when I go back there in 2016.“

“Probably the best to find craft beer in this city, though that might only be due to lack of choice than anything else.“

“Visited the evening of August 29, 2013.
I think the age limit stated on the front door was at least 23 years old.
Well damn, this place didn’t exist when I lived in Örnsköldsvik!
About 130 different beers as of the bartender. When I quickly browsed the bottles saw probably over 90. I counted over 20 taps (25 or so?), though many of them had the same beer on two of them. Probably around 15 different beers on taps and around 100+ beers on bottles.
Nice big outdoors seating overlooking the bay, must be very nice to sit there during the long summer nights. Plenty of indoors seating as well.
Decent to nice service. Didn’t eat.
Compared to the other places in town and the selection they had when I lived in town, this is now (currently) the only place you need to know exist, if looking for the beer selection and variety in Örnsköldsvik.“

Well this is the only (at the time fall 2013) government beer (though they do have cider, wine, spirits etc as well) store in the city, so not much choice.
Used to live in this city and have visited many times. However since they moved to the new location only been a few times since I don’t live close any longer. Used to have very nice service on the beer side, not sure if that lady still works there. Decent selection as far as I can remember from the last visit. Well, like I said, only store in town.

Visited today, August 30, 2013. Counted the beers on the shelves, got to a bit over 200. Didn’t bother with the ciders. Selection is pretty decent, though as with most "Systembolaget" stores the main part is on the macro pale lagers still. There are craft beers, both domestic and imported, though.
Apparently they are looking into getting an even bigger selection since The Bishops Arms opened in the city, many customers come in and ask for the beers they’ve tried at the pub.
Centrally located in the city center and also plenty of parking available close to it.“

“Very nice Bishops arms restaurant in the harbour area of Örnsköldsvik. Excellent view over the water. They specialize in american beers; had Ballast Point Sculpin and Brutal brewing Brutal IPA on tap among others. Good bottle selection; about 120 bottles. Nice food and service as well!“
