“If you happen to be in this area. Two rare breweries up the road It would be ok to visit this grocery store also. Solid bottle selection from Vinje Brewery “

“What a stunning place! And what a solid beer selection Amazing The location is off course a bit tricky. But it is a rare beer location. Another brewery just down the road. Nutheim! Nice friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommendable “

“This old guest house is a wonderful experience. Here is the history in the walls. The view is fantastic. Their own beer was pretty average though. Visited 24.6.2018 with Bryne1.“

“The place is a really nice gem! Watch the view! Lovely. The make only ine beer! themselves. A pilsner....but it is quite decent actually. So this is not a really good beer place. But still well worth a stop! Not necessarily open. So call them in front. They live there, so they might open for you.“

“Nice stop on the road where you can enjoy the view of the valley, there is some nice food as well on the premises, but the beer is not worth the stop, unless you are a ticker like me and need your daily medication.“

“I have to be a beer nerd since I couldn’t drive by without ticking their beer, Nutheim Blengsøl. Ice cream for the children and a small beer for dad. The wooden hotel from 1877 certainly deserves a high score considering ambiance. Nice patio and big garden with a pond and apple threes. Scenic view down Flatdal valley from the patio. And the beer? Fair enough. (Visited August 10th 2015)“

“From a beer point of view this isn’t much interesting, but as a nerd, being in the area, you better stop. They normally only have one beer on, there’s also a Christmas beer made, but I’m not sure if both are available at the same time. This is an old inn on one of the routes from Oslo to Bergen, but the actual brewing takes place at the farm a few miles away. We got quick and friendly service, enjoyed our beer on the patio and headed to nearby Fjellbryggeriet.“
