“Another Oslo airport bar. I think it was the one with a couple of Nogne-s on tap, so at least not just carlsberg and friends... That being said the nognes were the most basic ones you can get everywhere. Prices are expensive, service is disinterested.“

“Random bar in the Oslo airport. Despite the name there is not much interesting here. About 8 or so taps, but carlsberg, 1664 blanc etc. are occupying these taps. Possibly a couple of local ones, but nothing really interesting. Beers are also rather expensive, 0.4L(or was it 0.5L?) of macro lager sets you back about 12-14€. As other have said before: shop is better and a lot cheaper option.“

“Duty free shop in the Oslo airport. It is located in the 2nd zone (no to go beer in the first one). This one had fair selection of bottles that were not macro - not something you see in most airports. I think there may have been 2-30 different bottles if ciders are included. Nogne, haandbrygerrit, amundsen and a couple of smaller guys. Prices were cheap for Norway. Service was typical supermarket thing. Definitely one of the best selections I have seen in airport shop.“

“The duty free store at Gardermoen airport is steadily expanding their Norwegian beer selection. For the time being (summer 2022) the have got a good range of cans, and a few bottles, from Hunsfos, Rygr, Lysefjorden in addition to 7Fjell, Nøgne Ø, Amundsen, Lervig, Haandbryggeriet and a few more. Good value. Easy to spot just before the payment terminals and disk. (Visited 03.07.2022)“

“Within the airport terminal. 8 taps of mostly macro beer (not even Norwegian) with 1 of them something more promising. Not worth bothering to visit, unless in extreme need of a beer - there's much better selection in the tax free shop nearby.“

“Nice and calm, laidback feeling at my visits here, lounge & easy listening music played at 2-3, good seating options with low chairs and sofas , leatherish, brown wooden modern walls, bar with the usual suspects on tap, by Hansa (Heineken), so you will get 4 from Austmann, 3 from Hansa as local beers. Tasting tray is available in 2 sizes 100 ml or 200 ml with 3 samples, cost 99 and 139 NOK. Bottle selection is small, Sol, Weihenstephan, BD Vagabond. So this bar is a tiny bit better than the neighbour, OLeary (Visited 3.1.20)“

“Duty Free mit 6-7 Brauereien. Preise für norwegische Verhältnisse günstig. 0,33l Dosen zwischen 25 und 39 Kronen. Kann man schon mal mitnehmen.“

“Hardly any better beer selection than the nearby O'Leary's, but a much more cozier place to sit down for a beer. Beers on tap from Hansa and Austmann but also Samuel Adams Boston Lager and Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier. Nice place, ordinary beer. You can find Aquavit Bar at some other Norwegian airports too. (Visited March 20th 2019)“

“Poor beer selection, but for an airport bar not that bad. You can find a couple of decent beers but if you find a new one, you're not a hardcore beer ticker! Not a place for me to enjoy a beer, a little cramped and odor of French fries. (Visited March 20th 2019)“

“If you see O Learys at the international gates. You will find Aquavit Bar to the left, and on the same Level. Kind of 2 floor. The beer selection is not really Nice. But it is not Nice any place here. They had Weihenstephan weisse. A couple from Austman and a couple from BrewDog at my visit that was decent enough.“

“There’s actually two Duty Free shops next to each other, they have the same stuff though. A bunch of macro lager, some Nogne Ø, Haandbrygeriet and Amundsen. Prices are good for Norway, but very high for almost everywhere else in the world, so only worth it somewhat when arriving, not for departures. Their good and fancy whisky you can also get cheaper almost everywhere else.“

“Like the earlier reviews say this is near gate D7 in the international terminal. Bar looks nice. They had 6 taps, 3 of which were Austmann. Prices were high, about 12 euro for a small glass or 33cl bottle. Maybe nice if your work pays or you’re a raging alcoholic who can’t go without a beer for a few hours, but I passed.“

“Small food place at Gardermoen located between gate A8 and A10 in domestic section. Food is ok. Beer selection is not the best, but sadly enough probably the best in that section of this airport. 6 taps and 15 bottles, probably only place where you get Sundbytunet Gate Way Lager. Visited 21.06.2018.“

“Not too impressive, I was expecting more for a bar that chose this name. Mostly macro labels from Carlsberg/Ringnes. A few more interesting bottles from 7 Fjell, EC Dahls, Kona etc. plus a special brewed lager from Sundbytunet. A bit pricy food and seems to be pretty crowded every time I have passed by. Disappointing.“

“OK, no one probably expect to find a decent beer bar at Gardemoen but I had some expectation when Humle & Malt (hops & malt) opened a while ago. But the expectations were not met as the selection was largely limited to macro beer and a very few standard imports. The same kind of selection philosophy is also valid for Aquavit Bar with the difference as I think H&M use Ringnes as main supply and Aquavit use Hansa, that includes some more interesting choses from Austmann and Nøgne Ø IMO. I also prefer the ambiance at Aquavit Bar from H&M as it gives more the feeling of being a bar and not a café. Service was great and the beer I tried where fresh and in god shape and I actually don’t need so much more for a 45 minute stop over at an airport.“

“Feels like a bar even though it’s in the airport departure wing. A little dark and leathery, sofas and booths, good atmosphere for an airport bar. Beers wines, cocktails and of course Aquavits. Some simple foods.“

“When you enter the international flight area at Garedermoen. Keep left through the tax free shop and look for terminal D. You will find it in the end there.
Not really a impressive beer selection. But no pubs at this airport do have that. I found a Nøgne Ø ipa at another café inside the international terminal. If you are at this pub. Go back and keep left. You will find a starbucks café there and a small “pub” beside it. They had a Nøgne Ø ipa at my visit December 17“

“Standard bar located beteween Gate D7/D9 in the international section of Gardermoen. Nothing special with this, standard regular mostly industrial beer in the selection. Counted 7 taps and 7 bottles. Not wort the visit if you are looking for good beer. Visited 19.12.2017.“

“Located in the international part of Gardermoen in 2nd floor in one of the ends. I must admit I had 2 trips to Gardermoen before I managed to find this place, but I can tell for sure it will not be my last visit. Counted 6 taps and about 15 bottles, managed to find some new ones so I was happy. Selection was ok, and service too. Little bit expencive, but the best in Gardermoen for sure. Visited 19.12.2017.“

“One of the few places that has a selection of beer beyond the minimum. Looked fairly promising at first, but as with 'Humle & Malt' in the domestic terminal the selection seems declining. The only craft on tap was empty, so basically just Ringnes/Brooklyn selection here too. Far from impressive, but still one of the best places for beer in the international terminal. In lack of better thinks to do while waiting for boarding, it's might be worth checking out. I usually at least have a look at the taps to see if there is anything remotely interesting.“

“The best beer selection at the new build pier at OSL. Located close to D9 at the end of the pier. Beers from Hansa and Austmann on tap, besides Murphys Irish Stout and Heineken. Bottled selection from Samuel Adams, Brewdog and Nøgne Ø. If you want something to eat, there is a snack menu available, based on a modern hunters diet. Visited with Bryne 10.10.17“

“A new bar near gate D7/D8 for international flights. World famous "Snøhetta", has designed the concept, and seems to emphasized on Norwegian wood materials. Beers on tap from Hansa and Heineken but also three from Austmann. Not many bottles in the cooler, but I spotted bottles from Samuel Adams, Nøgne Ø and Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier. Anyhow, the best beer selection for those of you waiting for an international flight. Last chance for a Norwegian beer tick! (Visited October 10th 2017 with Gunnar)“

“An ok option at an airport. Carlsberg/Ringnes on tap but some bottles from 7 Fjell and Lervig. One reason to visit is their house beer "Gateway Pilsner" brewed by the nearby brewery Sundbytunet. Modern, bright wooden interior. (Visited October 10th 2017 with Gunnar)“

“I guess only place that has something remotely interesting at the OSL airport. Not a wide selection, but at least different from the mostly pure Ringnes/Carlsberg selection elsewhere at the airport. Unfortunately it’s located at the domestic part, so it’s not so convenient place to wait for international flight. Surprisingly pleasant interior and fairly friendly staff.“

“Airside between gate A8 and A10 at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen. Opened in late March 2017. Rather limited beer choice with Ringnes, Carlsberg and Brooklyn on taps. The bottled range, however, includes a few craft beers from Lervig, 7 Fjell and a special one made by Sundbytunet. A modern and airy place in light wooden interior design. Food options with burgers, sandwich and snacks. Helpful service. Not that great for beers, but the best there is at the moment on the airport (Visited with Finn, 26.04.2017).“

“The joy of international air travel has improved considerably in Norway - now I always stock up on craft beers returning from abroad: Lervig, Kinn, Nøgne Ø, Haandbryggeriet. And I don’t bother with wines or hard liquor.“

“The selection at this place seems to be better each year. During my most recent visit in July 2016 they did have bottles from several small Norwegians breweries. Bottles from Kinn cost 69. (the normal price at Vinmonopolet is 99) I would like to see craft beer at Swedish Airports...well, well.“

“Here we go again, adding tons of Irish spirit pubs on the database while every other pub in the terminal offers some kind of beer offering, why this one? In essence, this airport version is no different than the rest of the branches around Norway, playing the card of the chain restaurant with the same old food menu of fish chips, burgers and macro beers at airport prices. Unless one is desperate for an overpriced beer and can’t wait less than 2 hours to be home to get the same beer for 4 times less, then this is your spot.“

“Duty free shop at Intl terminal. Surprisingly a limited but rather nice beer selection, often times cheaper than Vinmonopolet, still given the high taxes on beers, not sure how much of a deal they are giving us here. They have the special Haand FlystrIPA which appears to be made for the airport and a definite plus over the overpriced SAS Mikkeller offers on board of their planes. Plenty of Nogne, Haand, Kinn and other micro to please any last minute buyers looking for a good craft to take home.“

“A pub/restaurant pretending to be Airish with beers only from The Carlsberg Group. If you are stuck at the airport, this is probably your best solution for a decent beer, 3 or 4 from Brooklyn, I had the East India Pale Ale, fair enough.“

“Not a place I would have added to the places section, but since it’s already here and it might be the place with the biggest selection at the airport (doesn’t say much) I guess I should rate it. Around ten different beers from the Ringnes portfolio, ie. Ringnes and some different imports (Hoegaarden, Leffe and a couple of Brooklyn). The half liter Brooklyn Larger from tap was 99.- which is not too bad. Nothing interesting beer wise her, but perfectly okay place to have a beer while waiting for the plane. Standard sports pub look with adequate service. As far as I’ve seen there is not yet any places with Norwegian craft beer at the airport, but I certainly hope that will change in the future. (At least there is some available in the Duty free store, but that doesn’t help much if one wants to enjoy some at the airport)“

“Well......not to impressive selection. But at least they have some decent ale. Earlier the only thing you could find was lousy pale lagers. Now you can get decent ale and also a bit more decent prices. I do personally prefer Systembolaget in Sweden. Even better prices :-D If you are going to visit someone and want to bring some good norwegian beer with you. This is a good place to buy it. Beacause you can bring it with you into the plane :-D They do have an ok selection at the tax free shop when you arrive also.“

“Was glad to see a limited beer selection available at this duty free, limited to a few beers from Haandbryggeriet and Nøgne Ø. Prices are cheaper than at the Vinmonopolet, but not actually by that much. Both breweries are still cheaper to buy on the shelf back in Vancouver! Worth a peruse when entering the country via Gardermoen.“

“If you are forced to go to Norway for any reason, this is your last chance to buy some cheap alcohol until you safely leave the country again. In addition to cheap six-packs of macro-stuff, they also have a handful of bottles from Haandbryggeriet and Nogne O. Prices are better than at Vinmonopolet, so the Value score I guess is relative to that.“

“Not bad for an airport shop. A handful of Nøgne Ø and a handful of Haandbryggeriet and sometimes sixpacks with Lucky Jack. Paulaner and Erdinger is also present in addition to the industrial lagers. Nothing special, but still convenient for picking up some decent stuff when leaving or arriving.“

“At airport all around Europe, don’t expect to find a good beer selection. Things have changed to the better at Norwegian airports the recent years. Nice to pick some beers from Nøgne Ø and Haandbryggeriet at arrival or departure. Fairly priced, but I would like to see even lower prices in a duty free store. (Visited October 10th 2014)“
