“Nice owner, staff and excellent food. So busy (due to the food mainly) you may need reservations for any day of the week. All good Japanese beers on tap, but only one house beer. Tiny system but they are apparently contract brewing a bit too now. 900yen/420mls.“

“Really nice atmosphere. Smooth place. Great service was very friendly, but then they knew me. 10 taps, with reasonably priced tasting sets available. Only 1 house beer on tap--would like to see more, but I guess they cannot keep up. Other wise somewhat interesting tap list. Some food was great, steak badly cooked. Like the place and the people though.“

“Brewpub just around the corner from Beer Bar North Island. They are brewing but it seems they only have 1 tap of 10 devoted to their own brews. The rest of the tap-list was fairly solid with mostly Japanese craft on tap and a few American imports. Food looked tasty, but I didn’t try any. Beer prices were very fair (¥550 half / ¥900 pint). Atmosphere was very clean and lots of woodwork. Non-smoking which is pretty rare in Sapporo. Worth checking out and hitting before / after Beer Bar North Island.“

“Fairly new brewpub, but at the moment they only have one of their beers on at a time. The others were a bit of a mix. All priced the same (¥550 half, ¥900 pint) so it’s decent value. No cover charge and the food they do seems pretty classy (ie. tastes good and the portions are small). Seems very popular so best arrive early or book if you want to go. Lots of wood and a nice atmosphere. Wish they had a few more of their beers on, but I heard that they are limited as their brewery is fairly small. Would definitely go back though. Rerate two years on. Prices still the same, still only one of their beers on, guests now all Japanese craft, still popular.“
