“Small taproom in an industrial park location. No outside seating, but apparently that is not required in El Dorado county; COVID be damned. Nobody in masks either. That said, service was very friendly. ordered four tasters and they through in a fifth based on a customer recommendation. Small space, decent beer. Good neighborhood brewery. No food.“

“Couldn’t be happier with this service. Ordered 100ft of Bev Seal Ultra and some tail pieces on Thursday night. From Canada. Order was shipped on Friday and they chose a cheaper shipping option than I had selected and refunded the difference because they knew it was a better value for me with the same or quicker delivery time. Monday morning the shipment arrived at my front door. I will be buying from this company again. I am utterly amazed at the timing of this. Before going with The Chi Company I had a horrible experience with MicroMatic. The product they sold was terrible quality and a waste of my time and money. Their shipping cost me 3 times as much and took over a week to make it to my door. The follow up service from there was shockingly bad. Basically blaming me for their inferior product. “

“Ordered keg and fittings on Dec 10 and by Jan 23 could not get anyone to respond as to where or when my shipment would be. No answer on the phone after many days of calling. No email response after many mails. Update Jan 27.. finally got in contact with the owner and he agreed to ship newer keg for the one I purchased. I am happy now but it took a while.“

“First order I did with Chi company was fine and I had no problems. When I ordered I could receive a 5% discount if I got on certain websites and gave a positive review. It seemed as someone was badmouthing Chi and they wanted good reviews. I declined because it seemed not genuine. So three months later I needed to get more of the same part I ordered before. It took six weeks and three shipments of the wrong part before they got it correct. Then I ordered 4 corny kegs from them. No problem, kegs were used but I was able to clean them. Since I had the four and supplies are getting low I ordered two more. The condition of these kegs upon arrival was horrible. Black and brown staining I could not remove. I soaked them in PBW overnight, soaked them in 130 degree acid cleaner five for an hour, and scrubbed with bar keepers friend. I can’t remove the staining. These kegs should never have been sold. I feel as they are using the dwindling supply of cornies to push these upon us. So now I have to send a $45 keg back after spending $20 to receive and another $20 to return. All this for five bucks. Matt seems like a nice guy and I warned him about his half arsed approach to customer service. I’m just letting you all know. Maybe you can get the 5% discount, I know I’m not.“

“I had a similar terrible experience as the previous reviewer. Order was placed more than 6 weeks ago. We are still missing many items after several phone calls and emails. Talked with Matt at CHI company three weeks ago and he said the missing parts had shipped - but no confirmation from their tracking system and the order never showed up. Now he will not respond to emails or phone calls. Please, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE CHI COMPANY!“

“They never shipped my order, even their tracking number says it hasn’t shipped yet. Will not refund my money because they won’t respond to emails or phone calls. Three weeks later I had to have my bank file a claim to get my money back, and they won’t resond to my bank either. It’s as though they are trying to drag this out as long as possible so that I can’t get what I need from someone else in the meantime. They do not care about their customers. Do not buy from CHI Company!!!“
