Billiards and darts as well.“ |

They only had 4 when we went, so I was a bit disappointed, but the brewery is having trouble keeping up with demand lately. Food was very good--pizza and vegetable dishes especially. Prices for house beers are great value.“ |

Less interesting beer-wise, this is mainly a ’world beer’ place, but they do have a couple of taps of Outsider on and they can be different from what’s at Hops & Herbs. So, worth popping in for that reason. Smoky, loud and very much a young persons place, so take that whichever way it suits you. But given that there are only two places in Kofu it seems, it makes sense to pop into here as well as Hops & Herbs.

This is a very nice place with a good selection of regulars beers on (6) and potential for seasonals (only one when we were there but 2 other taps). Pours are generous in branded glassware, prices are good and the food is nice, although it did seem to have a bit of hidden meat in it, which I suppose is a good thing for most people. Will definitely pop in if I am in town again. Was fun going through the whole list and the pizza was great. Cosy but with plenty of seating and the beers tasted good.“ |
