“At the foot of the hill next to the Royal Oak on the northern side of the small centre. From its terrace you can just get a seaview. This is a well-appointed chain bar style tap for Tenby's Harbwr Brewery. Food is served but if you are just after a beer there will be a selection of their brews over half a dozen cask lines - possibly including a special. Its full range of beers are usually available bottled, although kept in an unseen fridge.“

“Traditional style pub at the foot of a hill in the town centre, but with modern touches throughout. It's next to Harbwr Bar. Its stone frontage stands out and you can sit on the terrace here. There's two distinct sides once through the central entrance with dining to the left and the bar room with television and three local ales to the right.“

“Good traditional pub with friendly and attentive staff. Definitely the best option in Saundersfoot at present (although it’s not up against much competition!). It’s just a minute’s walk up from the beach, but that seems to be far enough to get it away from the worst of the seaside droves There’s a small patio area out to the front.and a couple of small rooms inside - the one to the left seemed a little more restauranty and the one to the right a little more drinker-y, You’ll need to book if you want the food, which is decent home-cooked grub at very decent prices (the Sunday roast is especially good value). Although it won’t win any culinary awards it was pretty tasty. There’s 6 real ale taps - a couple of nationals, 3 from Welsh micros, and 1 from a non-Welsh micro seemed to be the norm. The staff are very friendly and eager to please, and there’s a definite sense that they’re trying really hard to be a really decent pub. Worth a look if you’re in the area.“
