“A handy stop on the A483 between Welshpool and Newton if you want some good pub grub, it's easy to spot with an ample enough car park, and a small road by its side if that is full. It's a traditional styled pub with modern features throughout, but with just one cask ale available on my visit (Salopian Oracle), it's not exactly a beer destination. That was pretty much the highlight of its selection.“
