“Sobremesa is a very small operation working out of an outbuilding on a farm just outside Talgarth. The taproom itself looks onto an assortment of barrels and vessels of varying sizes which age their beer and cider, with many ageing on organic fruit grown on the farm. Despite being a tiny set-up, the taproom is welcoming with an attractive looking tap wall, bar stools and shelving showcasing their current range. Spanish brewer Adrian has earned his stripes in the London craft beer scene for many years and is forging his own path through Sobremesa's natural beer and cider, using yeast propagated on the farm. Some outside seating. The farm also has a campsite so I imagine there's a decent atmosphere on weekends. Nice place, just a few miles from the excellent Antur Brew Co who are also worth visiting.“
