“Between the station and the old town where a big car park in a square exists. Cafe-bar but as close. to feeling like a 'pub' as these establishments get. The focus here is on low-countries beers - or similar styling, with a lot of strong stuff available on tap or in bottle. In the latter French brews pop up in the menu more frequently, including Belenium beers from the town itself. They have a terrace area out front and a raised patio across the small road out front.“

“Nice little bar in one of the squares in Beaune. Split on two levels, quieter upstairs with a TV/Bar area downstairs. Excellent service with a standard selection of Belgium beers and few others. No shocks, but a decent range to while an evening by. A locals local.“

“Lots of bottled beers, a few draught, mainly belgian. no surprises. What could be a very cosy interior is unfortunately dominated by a large TV screen. Terrace at front.“

“We visited here on Tuesday 12th June 2013. At first when we walked past and the place was closed (the previous day) the patio area looked a little unkempt and it really looked like it was closed, however the following day after doing some shopping at the nearby Casino we realised it was open and popped in. The female who was serving outside was excellent, helpful and good at her job, really organised and worked the tables well. Just so you are aware this is just a short walk from the centre and sits on the town side of a square next to a few other bars. The bar itself is across the road though their is a small patio area directly outside the bar the larger raised patio area is across the road. I was surprised at how good the beer list was, obviously there were the well known brands and a large amount of Belgian beers however there was a number of interesting French beers. The bar inside had twelve beers on tap, I forget what they are though I think that there were a number of the usual suspects, but I seem to recall one or two interesting beers amongst them. It is really good to have a place like this in what is clearly a big wine town and whilst I would visit better places (mainly in Belgium) on this trip I liked this place. I struggled to find out anything out about this place on the internet so much of the information comes from my notes on my memo on the phone.“
