| 64 /100 Rivermill Tavern (Bar) SCHOOL LANE “In a village jam packed with pubs, the Rivermill is the best of the lot. In a truly idyllic location, the Rivermill boasts five well-kept real ales (I can’t understand why a freehouse would ever carry GK IPA and Abbot, but then again this is the East), including 2-3 guests, as well as a couple of decent kegs (Adnams Lager and Benediktiner). Good simple food. Service is officious bordering on disinterested but you can’t have it all. The place to go if you’re in the area.“ |
