Black Bear Saloon’s a very solid airport bar/restaurant. The 12 taps offered a pretty decent selection including some tasty locals. Even more impressively, Lawsons Sip of Sunshine had just kicked before I arrived. Clearly someone working here likes beer. The food was pretty decent American pub fare. Prices and service were reasonable. Overall, not bad at all. This place is definitely worth a look if you’re travelling through Bradley.“ |

Fairly typical airport restaurant/bar layout, with table seating out front and a bar in the rear. There are 12 beers on draught, a few macros plus some regional craft brewers like Harpoon, City Steam, Blue Point and Long Trail. Other domestic craft breweries like Anchor and Lagunitas. As for bottles there are around 15, mostly macros. Service at the bar on a relatively slow weekday afternoon was friendly and somewhat knowledgeable all things considered. Food at Black Bear is not bad for an airport restaurant. My sandwich was pretty enjoyable. Overall this is a worthwhile place to kill some time with decent food and a few worthy craft beers in an airport.“ |

They have a half dozen beers on tap. They have the typical macros, but have always had some of the popular micros. They usually rotate the Sam Adams tap to their seasonal beer. The food is American and Italian. The food has always been pretty good. My friends refer to this place as "Scallini’s", since the Italian food is too good to come from a place called the Skyline. Service has always been good. Prices are reasonable.“ |
