| 70 /100 15 HIGH STREET “Visited 14/2/2020. Lovely old building with its origins in the 14th century, situated on the High Street in the centre of Halstead. Parking outside only gives an hour, but it has its own car park at back (breathe in as you drive through the narrow entrance!). Today it was offering up 3 different beers from the pubs brewery (situated at the bottom of the car park), plus one other from Settle. Had a half of each of their own, Templar being best. Ate here, had baked Brie starter then fish and chips, which was very good. Service faultless. Good visit.“ |
