| 66 /100 Goat (Bar) 155 SPALDING RD. “Visited on a Sunday afternoon, thanks to FLBH for the ride in the roller skate. It’s quite a large pub, plenty of rooms, real fires and is popular for food. GBG entry suggested lots of good local beer on offer, the pumpclips festooning the wall showed what glories I had missed. Beer range a little disappointing with 6 handpulls on and only the sessionable Attila from anything vaguely independent. Went for a Theakston tick which was well kept, prices a little steep with a soft drink for the chauffeur too. Not a must visit but handy to know it’s there if you happen to be in the area.“ |
