Stans Superstore (Grocery Store)
OVERTON ROAD
“Independent supermarket typical for the border towns in this part of the country - lots of independent producers, basic layout. Definitely caters to the rural community with whole pheasants and partridges in the fridge's caught locally, and ridiculously large eggs. Beer-wise, you can find a fairly small selection compared to the likes of Harry Tuffins further south. Stonehouse, Polly's, Wrexham lager and a few others.. curiously no Salopian, although that could just be on my visit. Worth a stop if travelling past on the A5.“

Stans Superstore (Grocery Store)
OVERTON ROAD
“A rural superstore in a small town/village which seems to offer almost everything you could imagine, from food and drink to electricals, toys and games and books. On the beer front, there's a more than adequate drinks area, offering national brands, local breweries and some craft beers. On offer on my visit were what appeared to be the full range of Chapel and Stonehouse beers, a bunch of welsh trad brewers beers and some Polly's Brew cans. Well worth a visit if you happen to be in the area (although it's not really on the way from anywhere to anywhere, pretty much the middle of nowhere!)“
