COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Robe jaune pâle, trouble, mousse faible, carbo faible.

Tap at Les Trois 8, Paris. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma has wheat, banana, even light farmhouse notes. Light-bodied. Light wheaty flavor, slight citric notes. Easy and lame.

Pale yellow hazy (to opaque) body; very fine foam, not persistent. Aromas of agrums (orange rising), zest, hop very present; great freshness. Fine, light at the beginning; length due to hop.

erickok (6033) - Leuven, BELGIUM - APR 12, 2013
Hazy brownish greenish body. Herbal aroma, anise and white bread. Bit floral too. Not as lemony as the citra version. Bit more balanced for that reason. Thin herbal taste. Nice to have an alternative to the classic (and for me never so appealing) coriander and orange peel Belgian wits. Good body, refreshing. Still not a great fan of the anise punch in to this. (75cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

goozen (5376) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - FEB 23, 2013
Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy yellow coloured brew with an herbal appearance, I still need accustom to this kind of brewing. Typical of the south of France this kind of brewing.

Quack-Duck (11866) - Down South, GERMANY - MAR 24, 2012
0.75l bottle from Cave à Bulles Paris. Hazy golden yellow, tiny white head. Intensive aroma of herbs (probably the garrigurs which are a mediterranean herb, ist reminds me of sage and fennel). The same in the flavour, quite nice and refreshing. Interresting and really good!
