Achetée à Essencia (Poligny). Une belle blonde finement acidulée avec un nez un peu moins complexe que la précédente, néanmoins un très beau nez fruité et finement oxydé. Bouche délicate et acidulée, excessivement raffraîchissante. Un délice de soif.

Golden yellow and cloudy; foam little persistent. Smells of citrus, green nut, wood, rancio. Sourness in mouth. Funny indeed and interesting. Tasted as a pre-dinner, dinner with all dishes matched with beers.

Aucun goût de vin jaune, peut être pas assez vieillie à regouter après un an en cave, mais d’après le brasseur; c’est une bière qui vieillit très mal. A oublier donc sauf si vous voulez goûter quelque chose lié au terroir de la région.

Fairly clear blond, with small white head. Woody, cereal, barnyard and white grapes. Well developed, smooth body. (75cl bottle from Bière Revolution)

Bouteille 75 cl du C.Kwan - Besançon (F). Blonde jaune soutenue à courte mousse et pétillement actif. Arômes de pomme, cidre, curry et terreux de vin jaune. Le goûr est fruité, doux avec des accents de Xeres dry, noix et un soupçon de curry. Bonne acidulité mais pas très vive en bouche, amertume légère. Belle longueur parfumée en finale.

Made with "vin jaune" which is a very particular kind of East of France (Jura) wine that could be compares to spanish Xeres Fino. Roasted nuts, leather and cooked apple and savage plum aromas. Creamy mouthfeel.
