COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Beer friends are the best friends! Together with our pals at TALEA Beer Co., we explored Brooklyn bodegas to discover an amazing bounty of beautiful ingredients. Bo-de-Gose is a fruited Gose is brewed with ripe cherries, exotic guava and pink peppercorns to create a beer that's bursting with aromas and flavors of tart cherries and tropical guava ... accented by an earthy, peppery spiciness. Light and refreshing, it boasts a crisp, dry finish, similar to that of a dry white wine.

jbruner (9247) - Lakewood, California, USA - NOV 12, 2023
UPDATED: NOV 12, 2023 Pours a hazy reddish pink on tap with minimal head or lace. Aroma of tropical fruit over a touch of berry and lactic acidity. Taste is moderately tart up front from the fruit and culture, light sweetness in the middle, salinity wraps up the sour quickly, giving a clean finish. Fruit is a tad low, but still nice.

glennmastrange (3557) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - JUL 20, 2023
UPDATED: JUL 20, 2023 Can. Light grain for the malt, no noticeable hops, musty basement for the yeast, with guava and a hint of metal in the background. Head is small, fizzy, white, with a slippery ring of lacing, and is mostly diminishing. Color is guava pink. Flavor starts faintly sweet and moderately acidic and sour, then finishes heavily acidic and sour. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a fizzy carbonation. Tasty and refreshing Flavored Gose, with a nice touch of guava. Too bad the can add a metallic note from the acid reaction.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2023 16 ounce can from Milton Brewery. Number one with a bullet. Hazy orange pink color. Pillowy pinkish white head. Tart citrus and berry aroma. Flavor is mild tang with subtle notes of berry and guava. Quite refreshing and approachable. Excellent brew for a steamy hot July afternoon (like today!).
