Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy orange, lively head. Buttery and very fruity nose with notes of smokey whisky. Fairly dry with well rounded mouthfeel. Medium bodied with and elegant, dry fruity flavor. Low bitterness. A unusual, very interesying beer.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ Petalax Beer Festival 2010 - the 4th. edition.

Unclear medium grey orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet candy, sweet fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100703]

Bottled (PBF)
Hazy orange color, small white head. Sticky vegetably aroma. Flavor has herbs, honey, vegetables and elderberry. Odd beer.

Embrouille (2879) - SWITZERLAND - APR 26, 2010
Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Bov. It pours a murky amber beer with a tall bubbly head. The nose is mainly of basmati rice and elderflower. Sweet malty. Highly carbonated. Clove sneaking in. A tasty beer, but too much carbonation for me. Thanks a lot Bov!

Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - MAR 11, 2010
bottled from brewery - cloudy pale reddish in colour and with a slowly collapsing foam; charming fruity aroma with fair but perfectly integrated notes of elder; a decent malt body and carbonation, slightly sweet; tasty; moderate residual sugars in a long fruity and light honeyish finish - very nice work
