UPDATED: MAR 23, 2024 Can 0,44L. Probably courtesy of Kita. Pours pitch black color with light brown head. Aroma of dark coffee, roasted malt and light smoke or maybe ash. Taste starts light sweet and roasty, while finish has some light to medium bitterness with notes of strong coffee. Thick body, slightly heavy, but still on the drinkable side. Not bad, but I kinda miss something here.

UPDATED: MAR 8, 2024 Pours pitch black with a heavy tan head. Nose is burned sugar, dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice. Taste is roasted bread, liquorice, bitter coffee in the end. Heavy but not as heavy as it looks.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2024 Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours hazy very dark brown with airy dark tan head. Clear aroma of malt, chocolate, and yeast. Bitter, roasty and hoppy flavour with notes of rye and caramel, and touches of liquorice and yeast. Roasty aftertaste with estery and malty touches. A very nice, well-balanced, and tasty stout. Good work, Amager!

Aroma/taste: Barley, rye, chocolate, caramel, light molasses, light liquorice, coffee, light dried fruit, light tar, light alcohol and light spicy notes. Palette: strong roasted malty aroma, average carbonation, full body, medium to notable sweetness, balanced by a medium to notable bitterness, long duration, light sweet and alcoholic finish and an oily texture. overall: Excellent rye imp stout

UPDATED: OCT 1, 2023 Dark brown. Medium head. A metric fuckton of rye on this...so chewy. Nice chocolate for balance, hit of alcohol, but wow this is about as rye-forward as any beer I've had. Big bitterness, chewy as fuck, decent sugars, drinks like a stout more in the 12-13% range.
