Bottle. Clear chestnut brown with a small off white head. Dominated by meaty smoke, some light caramel and vegetables. Light/medium body, light/medium sweet with little bitterness. It’s ok and works with food, but it is too thin and without much depth.

nice smoked aroma,amber, clear, off white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, creamy, soft carbonation, nice smoked finish.very harmonic beer.

500ml bottle. Nice clear copper colour with average, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. At first "sight" cautious smoke aroma, later intensening, a somewhat unspecific fruity touch. Taste is initially moderately sweet caramel malty, then some smoke comes in, in the last third the malty side as well as the smokey note lose weight and give way to a dry to bitter hoppy note; in the finish smokey as I’d have liked it throughout.

Bottle @ Bierfass, Århus. Pours slightly hazy orange with offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, light oak, smoke. Flavor is malt, caramel, little sweet fruity hops, aok, smoke meat, ham. Medium body, lively carbonation. 1204013

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy pale orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruit malty spicy yeasty weak smoky aroma. Fruity malty smoky flavor with bitter hints. Has a fruity malty smoky finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish.
